✅ Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must be:

Unused and in original condition

In its original packaging

Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase

📷 Required for Return

Send clear photos or videos of the item showing the issue (damaged, defective, or wrong product) to hedzastore@outlook.com Once approved, we will provide instructions for return or replacement.

🚚 Return Shipping

For damaged or incorrect products, return shipping is free.

If returning for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

💰 Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.

Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items.
